New (C4) Song - "Monday"

This is a just a sad paced joint. I already knew it was commonly understood that we all hate mondays; the days when we come back into work and school and the day usually goes crappy after following a good weekend. So i did a little looking up and found out that it was a monday, this year, that represented the saddest day, hence the title of this song.

Finally Back... (New Music)

Random Disappearing act? hey what do you expect, its summer. Been all around between the DMV area and all the way up to Queens, New York. Shout out to Woodside projects. It's C4 by the way, and you're going to catch me being the one to run things around here, considering that i pretty much started this all. I thought i would drop off the rough version of a little R&B/Rap Collaboration project I'm slated to work on for the next couple of weeks. For this joint, its going to be Soul over Lyrics, so bear with me and feel the emotion rather than technique y'all. This joint right here is called "Over Now" produced by Johnny Mixxxx (sorry for the mispelling in the video) and the man, Danny Wells on the vocals. Hope You enjoy, and give some feedback if you feel the need too.

C4's Pick (Dub is still out)

Mase ft. Total - Tell Me What You Want

No lie, Mase used to be one of my favorite rappers when i was young. When i was little, that's all my mom would play and would have me memorizing his lyrics. I just seen this joint come on not too long ago and it's one of my fav's so why not make it the song of the day? Enjoy y'all.

213 - Friends

This is how my state of mind is right now. I'm just thinking back to who really is your friend is this game and who's just another obstacle in life. Which friends will you forge and forget? I've learned in my young life that you can't ever be a hundred percent sure...

Dub's Pick

This track sets a hardcore state of mind right now, me and c4 looking for a victory in this industry

Block 2 Block Comic

Haha yea even got comics dropping out of nowhere. Thought it would be a pretty cool and retro idea to throw these episodes out randomly every now and then. It really just depends on whatever dumb topic there is to think of really, haha. Later on we're gonna have to drop some Videos and most definitely drop some music for all of you out there. I mean it is what's anticipated, right? Enjoys this for now people.if the site's acting funny and doesnt show the whole pic just click the picture to view. thanx

C4 & Dub's Pick For Song Of The Day......

Dub's Pick

50 centft.Eminem Patiently Waiting

This record is one of my all time favorites and is so relative to how I'm feeling because my whole life Ive been told to wait. This song sets a mood of accomplishment/inspiration by reflecting from past positions to a current standard where you are looked up to in a sense. 50 informs us that his new found glory was worth the wait but he still understands there's more to his dreams than one may think. No matter how big or small of a task we have all experienced some success worth making one feel like saying I've Been patiently waiting to do that. Expressing the thought that patience is a virtue along with will power and intelligence wont hurt. I cant wait for the day when I look back on waiting as a thing of the past

C4's Pick

Bishop LAmont - True Crime

this was the first track i heard where i gave an underground rapper a chance to be in my play list. it proved to me that the people not on the radio can rap too and that you don't need a video to be nice. i really neglected underground rap until i heard a lot of Vibesquad rappers spit which included Bishop Lamont when they all contributed to the soundtrack for the original true crimes video game. to me he like outdid the game play of the game when i listened to this song. when it comes to video game songs: this is one the classics aside from a couple NBA live songs from back in the day.

Welcome 2 My Block

Zappity Doo My Ninjas N' Ninjettes,
This is Block 2 Block, the original, the official, and the outrageous, making 'em say "O"!
We originate from NY( New York) to PA(Pennsylvania) but have been founded in VA (Virginia).
We bring the music and art that some might feel the game lacks.
K. Dub aka Prophecy and C4 Dynamite aka Xcluse are branded beyond hip hop but known for music in general. These two make the duo that have created the Block 2 Block Franchise; which will now consist of its very own blogsite. Yea other celebrities and artists have taken this approach but we're not here to flip and rant about our attitudes. We're here to build a way of interaction with music listeners, musicians, fellow artists, and any simple and plain fans that we might attract with due time. This will be an alternate connection to the life of those with and associated with Block 2 Block and to help those here enjoy, but to also to help us get feedback towards our music and other productions. We hope to make a partnership with all those interested as all of our futures intertwine.
Realtalk, let's push aside the BS and get it poppin'
peace.
